spacious apartment necessary equipment helpful staff
The apartment was quite spacious. it had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen (i used the oven multiple times!). the staff was helpful. A lady cleaning the room assisted with all my questions.

locked balcony insufficient air conditioning
the balcony was locked in my two-bedroom apartment maid's room. i asked about it and staff said its for safety reasons, strange. i also had problems with the air conditioning unit. it was set to 18 degrees, but the room remained too warm. i did not feel comfortable at night.

inadequate ventilation musty smell
The air conditioning system struggled to keep up with the summer heat. I set it to 20 degrees, yet the room remained uncomfortably warm. it looked the room had been unoccupied for some time, judging by the musty smell that permeated the space. the corridors also lacked adequate ventilation. I thinks it needs air purifier to improve air quality.
